Overseers Joseph and Daisy Kativu were called by God in a unique way, and have been serving the Lord diligently in Forward in Faith since they were youths. Having been Elders in Forward in Faith in Zimbabwe (known as ZAOGA), they planted churches and were used by God to strengthen existing assemblies wherever their careers took them. Prior to becoming Pastors, Joseph Kativu elevated to Postmaster of Harare Post Office, a high position in the largest post office in Zimbabwe. Daisy Kativu excelled in her career as a nurse, working at Harare hospital among many other medical institutions. Through this position, God opened a door in 1993 for the Kativu's to move to America with their family, where they would study and attain their University Degrees at the University of Arizona. Little did they know that this move would be for a greater purpose until the year 2002, when God called Apostles Drs Ezekiel and Eunor Guti to travel to America. In June of 2002, Forward in Faith USA was founded in the Kativu's home in Peoria, Arizona, and the church has now spread all over the United States.
Pastors Joseph and Daisy served as Pastors of Forward in Faith Phoenix from 2002 to 2012, until God revealed in their heart to move to Seattle, Washington to plant Forward in Faith Seattle. After being ordained as Overseers of Forward in Faith USA Western Region, they now oversee the churches in California, Arizona, Washington, as well as cross the border into Vancouver British Columbia in Canada where they serve as Pastors.
Overseers Joseph and Daisy Kativu are the proud parents of 4 children, Josephine, who is now an Elder in FIF Phoenix, Kudzai, who is studying at FIFMI's AMFCC Bible School, Farai, who is a Deacon at FIF Phoenix, and Ndomupei, who also serves as a Deacon at FIF Phoenix.
